Terms of Service

DaLomonze LLC performs home renovation, property maintenance and essential repairs as part of renovation with its own team. Work requiring a State of Ohio license is performed by licensed Ohio OCILB plumbing contractors in our network. For trades outside that scope, the platform connects you with an independent professional. Ohio Pro Hub is a booking and coordination platform — it is not a licensing body, an insurer, or an emergency service.

Every professional listed on the platform must be reviewed and approved by a DaLomonze LLC administrator before they can receive work. Approval requires:

• A verified business name, contact phone and email, and the trades and cities they serve.
• Applicable Ohio licensing for their trade, plus liability insurance where the trade requires it.
• Agreement to platform conduct rules, including our anti-phishing and no-off-platform-payment rules.

New signups begin unapproved with no ability to bid, be assigned work, or set their own fee status. Independent pros are not employees, agents or partners of DaLomonze LLC; they are solely responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance and taxes. Vetting is a good-faith review of the information provided — it is not a guarantee of workmanship, and we encourage you to confirm license and insurance details directly for larger projects.

We may suspend or remove any pro for poor workmanship, no-shows, off-platform solicitation, or attempts to collect financial information from customers.

• A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment until we assign it and confirm a time window with you.
• Quotes and budget estimates are ranges based on the photos and description provided. Final pricing can change once a pro sees the site; you will be shown the revised amount before work continues.
• After confirmation we may require the service address, an on-site point of contact, an available start time and window, and your confirmation that funds are available on completion.
• Where a deposit or escrow applies, the deposit amount, platform fee and net amount to the contractor are disclosed before you pay.

Payments are made through the methods shown on your invoice. Never send money, card numbers or bank details to anyone through job messages — no DaLomonze LLC employee or approved pro will ever request them that way. Messages that solicit financial information are automatically flagged and reviewed.

Tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. If a crew arrives and cannot access the property, or the described work materially differs from the request, a trip or re-quote charge may apply. You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area.

Photos, videos and job notes uploaded to a job become part of that job's record and may be used for quality control, warranty and dispute resolution. Crew GPS location is captured only while a crew member is clocked in on a job, to verify on-site presence. Customers are never location-tracked. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Reviews must describe real completed work. We remove reviews that are fabricated, defamatory, or contain personal contact information. Attempting to scrape data, impersonate a pro, submit fake job requests, or move a transaction off-platform is a violation of these terms and may result in account removal.

Ohio Pro Hub is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Ohio law, DaLomonze LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our liability for any claim relating to platform use is limited to the amount you paid for the job at issue. Work performed by an independent pro is the responsibility of that pro.
